@spinelessaisha @venic3biyotch What really helped me was planning my day in my calendar. Start with something small like using a lofi pomodoro app like Spirit City to tick off simple tasks (have a meal, do the dishes, pick up clothes...) to level up! It's okay to gamify your everyday :)
