Thanks for explaining. E_InsufficientCash = vault has no USDC left because of bad debt (Stream/Elixir exposure).
My case: AVAX Re7 USDC Cluster, wallet 0xf890e53259d114bdef71eb112a6034e73fb9b3ec, ~12.27k USDC stuck for 5+ months.
Any update on repayments or recovery plan? Timeline?

Current holding: ~12,270 USDC
My funds are currently stuck and cannot be withdrawn due to insufficient liquidity in the vault (E_InsufficientCash error). The vault has been deprecated and only supports redemption operations.
Could you please provide the latest update on the progress of this vault?
When can we expect to be able to redeem our USDC? Is there any timeline or redemption plan in place?

The Euler app is getting a UI upgrade.
