Day 2 of The Advent Challenge I took on the @might_con_nuts Brecon Beacons Trail 1/2 Marathon, really pleased with 6th place off very little running, #GoCycle is really helping the cardio fitness Don't forget to share your activities to motivate & inspire others @TorfaenLeisureT

@might_con_nuts Beacons winter Ultra was brutal but fantastic. Brilliantly challenging, 40 miles and 8k of elevation. Managed 8th place. May legs HATE me....again!
