I remember watching this Spanish series “Elite” sometime ago and I didn’t really take the script seriously but now that I think of it, it’s so evident that the writer h@tes Islam and wanted to portray it as a prison.
The girl “Nadia” removed her Hijab and started committing zinah, drinking alcohol and so on….
To them - “we” (the viewers) were meant to see it as “freedom”… and her brother discovered he was G@Y, and that was freedom for him too.
So many other things that I can’t even remember but this one just clocked to me.
