BLOODY HELL... Another investigation and it is the same old story with Prince William. While he is out there posing for cameras and pretending to be the patron saint of the homeless, The Times has exposed him as nothing more than a greedy billionaire landlord. He is literally pocketing £2.5million of our hard earned tax money just to lease a prison back to the state. It is an absolute joke. We pay the taxes to run the justice system and then we have to pay this man for the "privilege" of using land he only has because of who his grandmother was. The sheer neck of it is staggering. He lectures us about the environment and social duty while his Duchy of Cornwall rakes in millions from uninsulated, crumbling properties. He is not a public servant; he is a privileged vulture picking the pockets of a country that is currently on its knees. He hides his wealth, dodges the taxes the rest of us have to pay, and has the audacity to act like he is doing us a favour. I am sick to the back teeth of this royal grift. He does not give a toss about the people; he only cares about the bottom line. This weekend King Charles is floating a trial balloon to gauge public support on Camilla's role in a Post-Charles monarchy. The King has made his preference clear: that Camilla be granted the same respect as past "un-throned" widowed Queens. Queen Mary remained "Queen Mary". Queen Elizabeth became "The Queen Mother" maintaining a public charity role. They were still Queens while not *the* Queen. My two cents as a Canadian subject of the King: I wholeheartedly, 1000% support Queen Camilla maintaining a public role, including keeping "Queen" as part of her title, like past Queens after their King died. Unlike past Queens, Queen Camilla has had to constantly prove herself worthy. She has done so while suffering indignities no one else had to, like begging for God's forgiveness for adultery during her wedding in front of the entire world. That should have been the end of it. On the throne she has proven to be one of the best and hardest working public servants we've ever known, as witnessed recently in Canada. Here's to Queen Camilla, now and always. God Save Our King and Queen!

Friendly reminder to the "self-funded" crowd: You are being lied to. If the Crown Estate profits go to the Treasury and the Royals get paid from the Treasury, that is called a taxpayer-funded salary. The King doesn't "own" the Crown Estate any more than he owns the air we breathe, it’s held by the State. Every penny spent on the Sovereign Grant is a penny taken from public services.
