I know you all prefer Labrinth but I feel like the new music in Euphoria creates a contrast with what’s happening on screen that gives it this cool comedic feeling. It changes the tone and makes certain scenes feel so ironic and surreal. For me it works because everything that happens there is so absurd. Labrinth’s music sometimes made it feel like it was glorifying things and made it all look a bit too glamorous, making people want to be like them. But now it just feels like the whole thing laughable or makes you want to cry because of how ridiculous and sad it all is.
