@puppy_st4rves she’s lying, if you do the math. if an avg adult didn’t eat everyday for a month they would lose 7.8kg. math : maintenance for 30 days —> 2,000x30=60,000. divide by how much cals=1kilo: 60,000/7700=7.792 kilos, now shes already bmi 18s so her maintenance is even lower than—
