@DFrankcom I would just ring them and have an open conversation about it then. If they play the no evidence card get funny that you question why it doesn’t have MOT on the road then you know your answer tell them you’ll let insurance take them to the cleaners then.

Just walked to my car and it’s been crashed in to… fuming Luckily some electrician seen it happen and has given me the number plate and name of the bus company. Big up Do I call my insurance company, or just speak to their company and get them to sort it privately?
