@PatelcoPays The last thing I’ll add, from a consumer standpoint, is that my family grew up using your credit union as our primary method of banking for decades. After this incident & lack of transparency, all of us have made the decision to pull our money out and close our accounts.

We understand the frustration. We have stabilized our network and begun processing transactions. Once this is complete and we achieve full banking functionality, our members will be able to access their account balance and accounts as they typically would under normal circumstances. We can’t share an exact date when we will be back to business as usual, but we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

@PatelcoPays 2/2 if you’re truly working with “leading third-party cybersecurity experts” they should have a PLAN which would entail a general timeline for re-access for consumers.

@PatelcoPays 1/2 The fact that you’ve blatantly ignored the question of if our personal information is safe or if it was taken after over a week is just further cyber security negligence. This should have been secure to begin with yet after a hack you refuse to disclose this.
