It’s possible they are looking at it differently. If a med was $10 then went up to $600 it would be a 6000% inc. That same med changed from $600 to $300 is a 3000% drop. 50% down from the new $600 price. And that’s the point. He may be starting from an original price that may have doubled in price many many times. We know numbers confuse you.
