2025: WHAT A YEAR 🎉 As 2025 comes to a close for Loeb's Leads, I am extremely blessed to reflect on a calendar year that saw the brand... - Welcome 140,000+ New Followers - Generate 31,500,000+ Avg. Monthly Views - Travel to 13 NFL Stadiums + 2 CFB Stadiums - Raise $3,000+ for American Heart Association - Partner with brands like @YahooFantasy + @TickPick - Host multiple Cleveland Browns on @honortheland - Help launch the first full Social Season of @thursdaysports, growing pages by 10,000+ Followers In the process of all of this, I learned three crucial things: 1. It is possible to truly maximize what makes you enjoy work through both awareness and action. One of the most influential books I’ve read as an entrepreneur is The 4-Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss, which outlines a framework to maximize work enjoyment through the acronym “DEAL” - Definition, Elimination, Automation, and Liberation. Whether it was defining what NEEDS to be done, eliminating unnecessary or draining work, or automating tasks and processes that you don’t enjoy (where possible) to put part of the job on auto-pilot, I was able to learn that I can “liberate” myself from a lot of things that may make the work less enjoyable. It's a lot easier to work when you're having fun! 2. Unique alignment will continue to separate you. In a world where content creation and social media are rising faster than ever, EVERYONE is trying to find an edge to grow. The old adage of “It’s a Copycat League” now runs through social media almost as much as it does through football. Though lots of great things can be learned from previous success of other creators, content, and brands, the ultimate separator in social media growth is simply just… you. Brand creation, online identity reputability, and personal page recognition comes from what you offer, but if everyone is offering the same thing, growth will be capped. Be you. 3. Being able to unplug from work can actually HELP productivity. As someone whose work is always on a phone, which can always be in your pocket/within arms reach, separating work and personal life is almost impossible. However, through steps such as leaving all work in an office & not taking work technology out of the office, powering down at a certain time regardless of how much I feel I can “get ahead” on, or scheduling posts in advance instead of being present on a phone to physically post the videos, I was able to define “work” terms and location. Not only did this create a much healthier relationship with work as an entrepreneur, but I have also been able to re-root my identity outside of work, I am able to avoid burnout much more frequently, my presence in life has improved, and I am significantly more willing and excited to do the work knowing it does not truly define me. I am so thankful for the unconditional support of those close to me, the continued growth of the brand, and the community we have created. I cannot wait to see what 2026 holds!
