I have no problems with businesspeople making their money cleanly.
I have problems with unscrupulous tenderprenuers giving themselves tenders, overpricing goods they supply to public utilities and ripping off citizens through overpriced goods and services.
Your so-called billionaires who were gathered yesterday are nothing but state parasites who have mastered the art of price gouging state tenders, stash millions of dollars into personal accounts then masquerade as businesspeople and philanthropists.

This is a huge insult to your efforts as the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Development. There is absolutely nothing wrong in renaming things, but it’s not all about that Chimurenga generation. We have heroes who didn’t go to war. We have the likes of Jairos Jiri, Safirio Madzikatire, George Shaya, Prof. Walter Kamba, Brighton Musonza, Prof. Claude Mararike, Tuku, Morgan Tsvangirai, Ambuya Mlambo, Giles Chidyausiku, Byron Hove, Anease Chigwedere etc. Even those who went to the war; we have a few being ignored. People like Enerst Kadungure and a lot of them are being ignored. Edgar Tekere and Ndabaningi Sithole deserves recognition too. Zimbabwe’s first black architect Vernon Benele Mwamuka, the likes of Machipisa etc.
