Rant of the day: More & more people believe that rules do not apply to them, I encountered two guys smoking cigars in the forest & walking their dog in an area where dogs are not permitted, what is wrong with these guys!😡 I wanted to bear spray them🤔😡

In the dark, dreary days of January, I started running a few streets in Richmond. Eight months later, I've now run 8!% on @citystrides, (including completed 56 yesterday). with only 205 left to go. I should be able to complete the rest by sometime in November. #runeverystreet

Today I said my final goodbyes to my dad. He had a hard fight with cancer. He taught me many values like kindness, respect, and hard work because nothing should just be handed to me. He also taught me all about fishing when I was a kid. such awesome memories, I will miss him. 🙏🏼
