Tomorrow at Council: draft People, Dogs & Parks Strategic Plan. Over 4,300 people participated — proof there’s nothing like dogs to get people engaged. 🐶 One key theme: >fenced off-leash areas, especially in growth centres . I’ll be advocating strongly for this. 🐾 #northvan
