@sigmundfoid1488 yeah big calorie deficit, I put on 4 stone in 18 months (I became disabled) so I want to lose 6 stone by July next year as my medication is working! I’m going for a fairly extreme calorie deficit at the moment, I don’t feel hungry because I’m v motivated

@mikeyyjhs are you restricting your calories and/or going to bed hungry? if so that could be impacting your sleep cycles. makes you have more intense dreams sometimes, or cause you to remember them more

It's a childlike inability to visualize the future. They literally cannot manifest the idea of the owner coming home and witnessing the property damage, or manifest the idea of the consequences they will personally end up facing.
