@KathyJoWeddings @Oliviaxrtx It’s still my day, and 15% was great 10% was customary someone else decided it should be 20% or more and I’m not doing that. Plus I don’t tip on tax. I start with a base rate of 10 to 15% of the subtotal, then add or subtract depending on the person.

@FredinMD @Oliviaxrtx No, they aren’t. 10 to 15% was industry standard then someone along the way decided it should be raised and people just started doing it. Plus, tip is on total so this is more than adequate.

Civil cases like this are not decided by undisputed evidence. The jurors only had to believe 51 to 49% that it was possible the offense occurred in order to find him liable.
