@miles_chains Hi again David. No matter what anyone else thinks, I really do love the 158s. They are a comfortable ride and relatively well sound-insulated. I think that the Rail 200 livery also looks very pleasing on 903. A top-notch shot as always! 🙂👍🏻

@miles_chains David, allegedly its called progress. Its getting so one dimensional on our railways. A book about the railway scene in 10yrs time could well be named, "Sheds n Dildos with a touch of Orange and Mint Flakes" cos thats all you see.

@miles_chains Good evening David. Well, what a barnstormer of a shot this is! A brace of Tractors, superb WHL scenery and fantastic colours - it doesn't get much better! I well remember seeing those wagons as part of the "Enterprise" consists that ran on the WCML for a time 🙂👍🏻

@DavidWolstenh13 Me too David, but I’ve had to accept that times move on, as much as sometimes I wish they didn’t. In my opinion, the 158s are the best of the second generation DMUs. They ride so well, and the Northern ones at least are comfortable. It is what is I guess. Many thanks. 👍

@miles_chains It’s taken me years to forgive 158s for taking over the Transpennine trains from 47s and PVs! But I like them now. I love these Leeds pictures.
