First time I’ve ever sent a chargeback, it was actually more annoying than I thought (I have disputes in my SaaS quite often 🥹)
I’m not sure about other banks, but I have to show up at my bank in person, request a chargeback, explain the reason, & sign it myself
The bank teller was also confused and said it’s her first time doing this for any customers 😅

So, I cancelled my Claude Max ($200) subscription last month to avoid auto-renew (to try out Codex). Somehow, my subscription was still auto-renewed yesterday and when I tried to request a refund, the Claude AI support told me I'm not eligible for refund. 🤦♂️
