i'm glad to have the opportunity of furthering one of the most important missions of our time: ensuring the power and value of AI agents is gifted to everyone around the world at the "AI Implementation Series": hands-on sessions for 250,000+ global business leaders. there's no other format that can enable and impact the lives of so many in such a short amount of time than real hands-on education and teaching sessions. i'm looking forward to the many other opportunities like this on the horizon

94% of agent teams have observability in place. Only 37% validate behavior before deployment. (LangChain, 2026) You're watching the work. You're not testing if it's right. That gap will define which AI-first startups scale — and which quietly break.

Stanford just simulated 1,000 real people with AI agents at 85% accuracy. Consumer research that used to cost $50K and 6 weeks now runs overnight. Founders who still say "we can't afford market research" are running out of excuses.

The best founders I know aren't racing to hire ahead of demand. They're racing to identify which decisions still *require* a human at all. According to BCG's 2026 AI at Work report, companies using agents for operational decisions reduced time-to-execution by 60% — without…

Most founders obsess over CAC. Almost none track the cost of a decision that took 3 days instead of 3 hours. According to BCG's 2026 AI at Work report, slow internal decisions cost scaling startups an avg of 11% of annual revenue.

Most founders think the risk of moving to multi-agent systems is technical. It's not. It's organizational. According to MIT Sloan Management Review's 2025 AI & Leadership report, 74% of executives said their biggest AI barrier was internal process design — not the technology…

Most founders scale by adding people to problems. According to BCG's 2026 Future of Work report, teams that delegated recurring decisions to agents shipped 2x faster — with fewer hires. Are you building a company, or just a bigger org chart?

Hot take: your next hire might hurt you more than help you. According to Harvard Business Review's 2025 workforce study, 58% of scaling startups over-hire before fixing the workflows that created the bottleneck. What did you automate instead of hiring — and would you do it again?

At what point does a 3-person company with strong agent infrastructure actually outperform a 20-person team without it? I think we're already there. Curious if others are seeing it firsthand.

Most founders are building AI into their product. The ones who win are building AI into how they operate. Your product is what you sell. Your operation is what scales it. Get the second one wrong and the first one doesn't matter.

Hot take: the best agentic AI frameworks won't be built by AI labs. They'll be built by operators who've actually felt the pain. Engineers know what's possible. Founders know what's necessary. Big difference.

The best founders I know aren't asking "how many people do I need to hit this goal?" They're asking "what has to be true operationally before I hire anyone at all?" That question alone separates the companies that scale from the ones that just grow.

Agentic AI isn't replacing your team. It's exposing which parts of your operation were never really a "team" — just tasks wearing a job title. The founders who see that clearly right now are building something most investors haven't priced in yet.

Most founders I talk to are planning to hire their way through the next 18 months. But seed dollars are tighter and agent capabilities just jumped again. Which actually scales faster right now — headcount or agents?

The Agent Store isn't an app store. It's a labor market. The founders who get rich won't be the ones who built the best agent. They'll be the ones who figured out which job it replaces — and priced it accordingly.

Founder came to us running 11 tools to manage one workflow. 6 weeks later: 3 tools, one agent layer, $180k in reclaimed ops capacity. They didn't hire. They just stopped doing work that shouldn't need humans.

One operator we work with was spending 12 hrs/week pulling data across 6 tools to build one report. Agents now do it in 11 minutes. That's a full employee's week — handed back every month. No extra headcount. Just compounding leverage.

The best founders I know aren't asking "how do I hire for this?" They're asking "should a human even own this?" That's the shift. And most operators haven't made it yet.

multimodal isn't the breakthrough most founders are sleeping on. the real unlock is persistent context — agents that remember, reason across sessions, and act without being re-prompted every time. that's where agentic AI stops being a demo and starts being infrastructure.

Most founders scale headcount when they hit a growth ceiling. The real question: is it actually a people problem — or a workflow problem you've been too busy to diagnose? What made you finally realize the difference?
