@SandyofSuffolk More absolute bollocks. Never heard of Wimpy Bars? Fridges full of Birds Eye Ready Meals? Had a colour telly, central heating and we had several holidays in The South of France in the early 70’s. The old man used to drive down there to save money. Try again.

Just so you know. Boomers didn't have fast food. Except fish and chips. Boomers didn't have ready meals. Except Vesta beef curry. Look it up. Boomers didn't have colour TVs, front loading washing machines, central heating or holidays abroad. Boomers didn't have babymoons or baby showers nor did they go on stag or hen weekends. Boomers didn't go to restaurants. Except on birthdays. Boomers didn't have new clothes every year, every season. They made do and mended. But Boomers had a fabulous time in the 1960s to 1980s because people were friendly, respectful, dignified and hardworking. Boomers also had law and order and a judiciary who punished ALL criminals. Boomers were happy with their lot. Yes. I'm a Boomer. Just so you know.

@HullPhilT Possibly.....but Neil is a great manager, we've got alot of good players coming through, we had the biggest gates for 70 years, record season tickets for next season and ambitious but realistic owners

So who do you want to come down?...west ham is the obvious answe but they seem quite humble & see the championship as a road to authenticity....spurs fans on the other hand seem utterly delusional & utterly bertie big bollox about it all...think of millwall as the equaliser 😉

@GlasgowGiant I'd agree with you if its spurs under De Zerbi but it may not be so straightforward for west ham....they have some serious systemic issues....re burnley you're probably right but of course it depends on who they appoint...as for the rest... wolves, blades, Norwich and soton

@millwalljdb To me it doesn't teally matter who comes down - They are first next season by the proverbial 'country mile' , Burnley will get their usual 2nd place leaving Wolves, Boro, Soton, Wrexham, Derby, Norwich and whoever else has good season fighting with us for last EPL spot 😳

A word for Middlesbrough....they've been formidable opponents this season and only let down by misfiring strikers imo..& the atmosphere for the first 30 minutes at the riverside in our game there was the best all season by a mile...anyway hard luck chaps & see you next season

Well played Hull....the club that creeps into the play offs often wins....and something we've benefited from in the past.....hats off of to their manager....he is an extremely shrewd tactician....making the most of limited resources assembled under a transfer embargo

The quality of this game is such that I inevitably feel we might have missed out on a massive opportunity to go up...of course the heats playing a part but .......
