@ASOS 3 week wait for £130 refund - help please

@HMRCcustomers I've been on hold for 35 mins to be told all system are down and no one can help. This is second time I have rang, first time I was on hold for an hour. Maybe answer phone message to save wasting time?

@millymolly68 Hi Marie. It may be that you are not following the correct route to complete the request properly. Once you get to the error message, please click on the suggested link on the error message page and you should then be able to complete your claim successfully. Jess
