@virginmedia 11 days with no WiFi and two days in a row, you’ve cancelled our appointment at 9pm, despite us continuing to call you asking for an update. Constant lies saying someone will turn up today and not to be seen. It was great to see you still took our payment on time 👍🏼

@virginmedia But what I can say is they certainly didn’t live up to what they agreed. Nothing has been sorted, they promised they would address a deadlock letter on Friday. It’s Saturday and I don’t even get replies anymore 👀🤭

@virginmedia All in all, Virgin have been a complete and utter waste of time. I’m sure they wouldn’t like to me to screenshot and post the blunt and rude messages they’ve been sending.. as they like to come across very polite on their tweets.

@virginmedia Is this acceptable? Literally buried 25mm below the surface of my lawn, if it was electrified then I would be dead!!
Contravenes every rule of broadband installation, I’ve no WiFi or Tv etc and all they were interested in was renewing my contract .
