The fact that Balkan countries (Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Montenegro) are to a large extent untouched by the massive fertility decline of the past 5-10 years, which has otherwise been very widespread, is not really well explained or understood. Not that their demographics aren't profoundly damaged and in structural decline—they are. But while it is basically impossible to find a European country where TFR has not declined significantly in recent years, it has been more or less stable in many Balkan countries.

@nordman__ You don’t have to be fat to be a glutton. They showed this in an episode on Slasher (Canadian show) where people being offed for sins. The guy who was killed for gluttony was in really good shape and no one understood why he was targeted. Turns out he’d been consuming gay porn.

We can notice that the real Hungarian land is really 5-6 municipalities that were 90% hungarian. And they mostly form a stick going from Kanjiza to Becej. The rest is debatable.

Another example of revanchism I can't understand is Trianon. If we look at ethnic map of Austro-Hungary we can see that Hungary with minor exceptions was basically divided by ethnic borders. I genuinely can't understand why do Hungarians treat it like some sort of genocide
