hey yall sorry for being gone my mental and physical health has been so unbelievably horrible and I’ve just been spinning so hard on all of my insecurities. I’ve just been unbelievably stuck in this sort of freeze state where I know how to help myself but the idea of it feels extremely terrifying and intangible

and Ive been a K-pop fan since 2013 I have seen how predatory and disgusting these labels can be- pushing members to complete exhaustion where they FAINT on stage, extremely strict diets and weight management, REQUIRED plastic surgery … the list goes on. I hope one day these companies will be held properly accountable for the absolute HELL they’ve been putting young men and women through for decades. Blech 🤮
