Breaking 🚨 The UK government is unveiling a new Mental Health Bill today. This has the potential to be a game-changer for our mental health system if it's bold enough to make radical change.

We have an incredible team at St. George’s Park and many of you won’t see all the work that goes on behind the scenes. So ahead of tomorrow’s World Mental Health Day, and its theme of prioritising mental health in the workplace, I gave out a few notes to tell some of the team here how much they’re appreciated. Through my work with the Harry Kane Foundation, we know it’s so important to connect with others, and little acts can sometimes make a big difference.

Well deserved appreciation post for Hans and all the team at @blendandroast Lea Bridge Library. They were brilliant at catering for our Wellbeing Cafe based out of the library over the last few months. Be sure to check them out for a brilliant space and excellent coffee!

Brilliant meeting Tom today - our fundraising champion for this year's Hackney Half. He raised an incredible £4,415 for our charity. We're glad to have him back for next year's Hackney Half - so see you then Tom, and thanks for your amazing effort!
