@ainekc95 @_AAAP_ @actionstation After consultation & advice from disability leaders, we emphasised the need 4 research into disability pay gaps in our policy doc. Currently, there is v limited data. We would love to see Stats NZ design & lead consultation about how to collect this data and annually report. 2/2

@ainekc95 @_AAAP_ @actionstation Kia ora, first and foremost we acknowledge that there are substantial pay gaps for people with disabilities. One of the issues caused by the long standing culture of pay gap secrecy is the lack of data around these gaps. 1/2
