@ForcesOfFreedom New update is useless, it is slower, some buttons becomes nonresponsive during game play e.g. zoom button. Overall you need a new update immediately in order to keep players interest, i am losing interest already.

@cex_io 3/3 At the end it was clearly communicated to me that you Bot (whatever u call it), closes position on its own based on its AI. So whats the point of investigating my complaint, if u are not going to fix this

@cex_io 2/3 I incurred a loss on a very carefully calculated and risk assessd position (keeping sufficient funds in my account so that that my funds do not go negative).

@cex_io 1/3 I wasted 10s of email worth of time with all of your support teams. Your bot closed my position before my set stop loss without even intimating me, as alway in crypto, prices goes down before a pump, So I had no way to notice that my position closed.

@cex_io If your users sets s stop loss as 20%, your bot (risk prevention mechanism) will close your user's position from anyware before -1% to -20% bases on its stupid AI, before stop loss is hit!!!! Then whats the use of setting a stop loss ?????

@cex_io I am not taking about negative balance/ margin call !! I am keep telling you, its your bot which closes position on its own. Are denying that your system does not close a position, if stop loss is not hit and user's balance is sufficient ??

@m_shafi_adnan The automatic closure may occur before the price reaches stop loss. This can happen when the system cannot reserve the necessary volume in the order book at the required rate. So the system closes the position at the best rate possible. blog.cex.io/trading-tips/m…
