@DaileyGriot901 This is extremely incorrect. For my agency respiratory arrest will not send law enforcement UNTIL medical declares the party deceased. Law enforcement will be sent however for overdoses and they have to send both LAW and Fire, and usually fire will NOT GO IN 1/2

If someone is overdosing don’t tell 911 that til they get there. Tell them they stopped breathing. Sometimes, esp in Black & Brown & homelessness areas, they’re less likely to come for ODs, but are required to come for respiratory arrest.
