Get a piece of The Walking Dead. 11 Seasons. One Collection. When AMC wrapped production on The Walking Dead, they approached us about creating something fans could physically connect with. The result is a collection featuring 32 screen-used elements from across the series. From Lucille to Michonne’s katana, each piece is part of a single museum built for superfans. Weapons, costumes, and set pieces from the world of The Walking Dead... and the collection goes beyond the museum itself. There are collector cards with prop fragments, display pieces, and jewelry featuring materials from the series. Officially licensed by AMC.

Knowledge bases are the rage these days. Maybe we should build one? ✅ How much force does it take to prepare 1g of meteoritic material from another solar system? ✅ What does the moon taste like? ✅ Can you tell the difference between T. rex bones and Triceratops? If so, how?

This is super strange! It is working for us. We did a look though and it seems like this is a problem on a few other campaigns too: reddit.com/r/kickstarter/… One person got around it by using the phone app instead of the browser. In this episode of Mini Museum’s Saw Naked, we cut Woolly Mammoth “steaks” on the bandsaw. At 19k years old, this dry aged muscle tissue might set a few records for best marbling and most unique fragrance. It’s also hard as a rock. 😂

@ytniqqer There are multiple Lucille’s. AMC auctioned a few in prop auctions, they hold at least one archival copy. This is a real production item but redundant so they decided to share it with fans.

Long before the Beatles became the most famous band in the world, they were four young musicians playing marathon sets in a cramped underground club beneath the streets of Liverpool. That club was The Cavern. Between 1961 and 1963, the Beatles performed there nearly 300 times. The venue became the center of Liverpool’s exploding music scene and the birthplace of Beatlemania itself. Fans packed into the humid brick cellar to watch the band evolve in real time, night after night, as songs, personalities, and history took shape only a few feet away. The original Cavern Club was eventually demolished in the 1970s, but portions of the structure were carefully preserved. This piece contains an authentic brick recovered from the original club, creating a direct physical connection to one of the most influential spaces in the history of modern music. For many fans, the Cavern represents something larger than a performance venue. It represents the moment before the world changed. Before Shea Stadium. Before Ed Sullivan. Before Abbey Road. Before the Beatles became myth. Just a stage, a crowd, and a basement in Liverpool. Each specimen is housed inside our handcrafted display and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity describing its origin and historical significance. A small fragment from the room where the modern music era began.

Sometimes it's the mileage that counts... This is an actual, mission-flown fragment of kapton foil from the Apollo 11 Command Module Columbia. This material helped protect Apollo astronauts Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins on their journey from Earth to the Moon and back. Salvaged after splashdown, this is a unique collectible from one of the greatest achievements in human history. We have quite a few Apollo mission collectibles from 11, 13, and Apollo 8. They're available in cool displays like the one pictured here, and even as jewelry. Some of the fragments are small and some are large, but all of them have been to the moon and back. Today is launch day for Steve Jobs in Exile. I spent almost four years digging into Steve's stretch in the wilderness -- 1985 to 1997, after Apple pushed him out and before it brought him back. I expected the record to be complete. What more could there be on the most written-about entrepreneur alive? I was wrong. An archivist at Carnegie Mellon told me I was the first person in about fifteen years to open the NeXT archive. People had been holding letters, tapes, memos, recordings in their closets for decades, waiting to show someone. More than a hundred of them sat down with me. Carol and Daryl... They look pretty good together, don't they? Working on these two authentic props will bring us some feels for sure. Something beautiful to share... like a Cherokee rose. "It’s a Cherokee Rose. The story is that when American soldiers were moving the Indians off their land on the Trail of Tears, the Cherokee mothers were grieving and crying so much ‘cause they were losing their little ones along the way from exposure and disease and starvation. A lot of them just disappeared. So the elders, they said a prayer; asked for a sign to uplift the mothers’ spirits, give them strength and hope. The next day this rose started to grow where the mothers’ tears fell. I’m not fool enough to think there’s any flowers blooming for my brother.
