So, as I said in a previous tweet, I will tell you what has been happening with me all these years (since 2023). The start of 2023 was great, I was hyped up about DreamHack, and I was grinding the game so much. At that time, my parents were arguing like always about their past and other things, but it didn’t have a huge impact on me because my head was full of other things. After DreamHack, I was mentally drained because I had grinded the game and got a chance to change my life so much, but it didn’t happen because of one kill. It could have been my first flight to another country (Saudi Arabia), meeting even more pros, competing against them, and saying to myself, “I finally did it.” After a small pause, I got the mentality to grind again. If I’m not wrong, it was 2024 when Flobby picked me up, and we started placing. I improved so much, and my playstyle changed to Flobby’s, and I started to see the game differently. (Huge thanks to him, he made me a better player.) But still, behind everything, I was feeling not as good as before because, after DreamHack, my parents started arguing even more, and I knew they would divorce very soon. Around September, me and Kosto won Duo CC, and before or after that, I don’t actually remember when exactly, my parents divorced. I couldn’t take naps or sleep because they were arguing so loudly. After that, I found out from them that our flat/house was seized, and my dad would need to pay something like 3k. I grinded even more because I knew I could make that amount of money and help him, but cheaters made it harder than I thought. Later, I found out even more. My dad got something like sued, but I don’t understand for what exactly, and right now he needs to pay even more. He told me it’s 13k€, but I’m sure it’s more, and he’s not telling me. If he doesn’t pay in time, our flat will be taken from us, or my dad is just going to be arrested. To be honest, I don’t even know what will happen. I don’t even know how to describe how I was feeling at that time. I didn’t even go to school for a long time until now. So, I turned 18. I don’t know how much time I have left, but I’ll try to do something—maybe find a job on weekends or something else. I was thinking about quitting, but few people convinced me that I can still do something in Fortnite, so I won’t quit fully, because I’m making a bit of money from it and started randomly to enjoy playing it. So yeah, that’s my story if anyone is interested. I’m pretty sure I forgot to write so many things, but whatever.
