Just a small correction...Keyon Ali took 2nd in the 55 m. Also, KaRon Ali broke the Group 3 400 m sectional record that was held by Timber Creek's Jamaad Muse from 2014. Thanks for the press.

There are so many middle school stars that don't have success in high school, and that can be very difficult for young kids to deal with.
Having stories written about them doesn't help.
You're free to start a middle school blog. They'll be recognized here when they're in HS.

@SJTrack Publicity? Really? Wow...your rules, your way but an acknowledgment of what it is being done by some of these middle schoolers in South Jersey track should be recognized.

Yeah, my rule is I never, ever mention middle school athletes in the blog, no matter what they achieve. Even if they run a 4:14 mile or a 5:06 mile [which South Jersey middle school runners did this spring]. I don't think that sort of publicity is healthy for kids that age.
