Abu Dhabi authorities are responding to incidents at the Habshan gas facilities and at the Bab field caused by falling debris from the successful interception of missiles. The gas facilities have been shut down and no injuries have been reported. The public is urged to obtain information only from official sources and to avoid spreading rumours or unverified information.

As part of the precautionary measures to reduce the possibility of transmission of the #COVID19 virus infections (#NovelCoronaVirus), ADEK has requested the temporary suspension of all nurseries in the Emirate of #AbuDhabi as of Sunday March 1, 2020 and until further notice.

@KHDA Depending on the situation, I would rather ask to extend the spring break after careful assessment of the spreading. Japan, England have already stoped schools. Since Iran is our neighbour and its spreading there at alarming rate, suggest to consider closure of schools.
