[9/10] What is the plan for the Treasury Funds?🤔 As founders, we have a vision on how these funds can be deployed initially (stay tuned for the release of our DAO charter), but the beauty of the DAO is that members get to completely decide how these funds are used. Any member can create a proposal that can be voted on by the rest of the DAO and their idea can come to life. Whether that's other investment avenues (more to come on this soon), creations of physical products, or anything that any member can dream up and get passed. ⤵️

[8/10] What makes ScalersDAO unique from other DAO's?🤔 While investment and other types of DAOs already exist and thrive. ScalersDAO hopes to take parts of what makes those examples of DAOs successful and what makes NFT projects unique in the web3 space, to create something that has yet to be attempted. We also are leaning on months of legal analysis to create a system that can be safer from regulation. ⤵️

[7/10] What can I expect by investing into ScalersDAO and becoming one of its members? 🤔 You can expect to have a voice on how the DAO is run and have a say into how the Treasury funds are used. We are creating the system for an innovative take on the NFT project where all members are not only all valued as community members, but the stakeholders and drivers of the project. As Founders, our job is to create a fair and equitable founding charter for the DAO as well as provide a vision into how it can flourish and grow into a rewarding part of members' portfolios. ⤵️

[6/10] How will the DAO be managed? And by whom?🤔 Overall, the level of DAO governance is up to the members. They can decide how the DAO is structured and how changes to this governance is done. Our founding charter will set up the system from the onset and members can then make changes as needed. Any member will be able to run for a paid position in the DAO, helping all members achieve their vision for the DAO. We will explain this in more detail as we release more info about the charter and finalize its creation with our legal team. ⤵️

[5/10] So, what exactly is A DAO? 🤔 A Decentralized Autonomous Organization is a way to structure a business where the token holders and community make ALL the decisions for what happens with that business. This includes decisions of what direction to take with DAO funds, how the DAO will make money, who manages the inner workings of the DAO, and any dispersals of DAO funds is decided completely and totally by the community. Each token held is a vote and all members can create proposals for what the DAO does and how it operates. (The basic structure of the DAO is created in the DAO’s founding charter, this includes how votes and proposals function as well as the overall governance, which we will get into later) ⤵️

[4/10] What was the initial vision for Scalers? How does a DAO help reach that vision better? 🤔 Since the inception of Scalers, our commitment has been to introduce a unique approach within the industry while remaining faithful to our guiding principle of #HoldersDeserveMore. To accomplish this, we looked to allocate 70-100% of all royalties back to members in direct payments. We also wanted to utilize our founders' different industry knowledge and passions to create multiple investment avenues to help continuously fund the project long-term. At the same time, we wanted to ensure we stay above board when it came to securities law. After thoroughly exploring that route with our legal team, we arrived at the conclusion that a DAO was the most appropriate way to go. This way, the members are truly in the driver's seat of the project. If at any time the members decide a Treasury distribution is a good idea, they can propose and vote on this type of action for the DAO. ⤵️

[3/10] So, what's been going on behind the curtains?🤔 This thread is all about giving you a glimpse into the progress we've made over the past several months. We've poured in countless hours to develop a project that we hope will push the boundaries of what can be achieved in the web3 space. It's not just about incredible PFP-style art, but the overall purpose and vision behind it. To ensure we are able to collectively achieve our vision in the best possible way, we've decided that taking the DAO route is the most appropriate way to sustain the best interests of our community long-term.
