Selling 5 x Lollapalooza Festival Pass (Lolla VIP Weekend PS2 - ₹15,999/p) at a discount I was attending because of Linkin Park, but it doesn't make sense now that they are coming to Bangalore. Anyone who might be interested in purchasing this, please DM. #LinkinPark

Hey @lifeindistrict, your platform is a joke when it comes to handling customer issues. If this is how you operate, I seriously question your ability to scale. Context: I booked the wrong section for Sitar for Mental Health by @rishabsmusic | Bengaluru and reached out to upgrade my tickets on 16th Feb, 2025. Your agent, Akansha, told me I could do so by booking 6 more tickets, and my previous ones would be canceled if I book from the same account. When I asked for confirmation she called me and mentioned I need to use a different account due to organizer limits. I followed these instructions to the letter. I used my brother's account and the same credit card to book the new tickets only to be told later by new agents that I should have booked from the same account per platform policy. Where was this policy when your agent was misleading me? Now it’s been over 30 days, and I still don’t have my refund and no concrete update if I'll get it or not. Your customer support is an absolute disaster. Every chat starts with a 5-6 minute wait while the agent "checks details," only for them to say I have to wait another 24-48 hours for a callback—that never happens. On the rare occasions someone does call, they have no context, and I have to explain everything again. A few days ago, an agent randomly called me and asked me to dictate my ticket ID. When I mentioned that I’d already shared everything via chat, she admitted she had the details but said it was just more convenient for her to get them from me on call. I dictated the ID, and she immediately ended the call without saying a word. No update, no explanation—nothing. Today's session was peak incompetence. The agent, Simran, called me 1 min into the chat, put me on hold for 5 mins, and then told me she couldn’t find anything but had “highlighted the issue” internally and I'll get a "callback in 24-48 hours". How can a platform that claims to be a serious player in this space operate like this? This is not just bad support—it’s actively misleading and wasting customer time. Enough with the delays. Fix this and process my refund now. @zomatocare @zomato

Being the oldest company of India, it’s origins trace back to securing contracts with the British East India Company for building ships and docks. Over the years, it diversified into various industries such as FMCG, textiles, aviation, chemicals, real estate, and plantations. Today, some of its notable companies include Britannia Industries, Bombay Dyeing, and Go First. #QuizTime

A lot of new investors think they need a demat account to invest in mutual funds, but that's not true. A demat account is a must for investing in stocks, but to manage mutual funds you can use Statement of Account (SoA). When you invest directly in mutual funds, mutual fund companies provide a document known as the SoA, which keeps a record of your mutual fund transactions, units, current value, and more. Unlike a demat account, the SoA has no account opening or annual maintenance charges. You can redeem mutual fund units by specifying the exact amount in rupees instead of units, making it easier to withdraw specific amounts. With SoA, you can also move money between funds of the same company using Systematic Transfer Plans (STP) and withdraw regularly with Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWP) which is not available for mutual funds held in a demat account. SoA offers a more affordable and flexible way to manage your mutual fund investments. #mutualfunds #investing

Many investors mistakenly believe that a lower NAV means a fund is cheaper and better. However, NAV only shows how the fund's assets have performed in the past and does not reflect the fund's current performance or value. When choosing a fund, don't rely solely on NAV. Instead, look at the fund's overall performance. (1/5)🧵 #mutualfund #investing
