Roberto De Zerbi has not only made Spurs more organised and compact. He’s made them take responsibility. He’s made them more positive. He’s also helped by Unai Emery resting/rotating players and Villa playing like a bunch of strangers so far #AVLTOT
The amount of Spurs and West Ham fans saying they will beat Leeds because we have nothing to play for is insane, 1 defeat in 9, I am sure the players will be fully motivated to end the season strong #lufc
Just seen Dan Ballard was sent off for this accidental hair pull. What on earth has football become. You now have an advantage if you have long hair 🤦🏻♂️
@Shoggydee@henrywinter@DirtyLeedsPS We’ll see what happens next season. I’ve seen ex referees talk about how to clamp down, and the sending off an outfield player was suggested
@mipsical@henrywinter@DirtyLeedsPS You can't stop players talking to their coaches while medical team are tending to an injured player(whether real or feigned)
This is like me telling you that teams should be banned from playing lowblock because it is boring to watch
There are some things you just can't change
@Shoggydee@henrywinter@DirtyLeedsPS Smart ass says send an outfield player off for 1 minute or stop players going to side of pitch for team talk. Don’t be surprised if it comes in next season, rules can be changed and adapted
@Shoggydee@henrywinter@DirtyLeedsPS Don’t be ridiculous. Stopping a team when they are in momentum by feigning an injury so obvious to be seen in by millions of people watching with all the camera evidence is shocking. If that’s the kind of football you enjoy your team doing that’s up to you but many don’t
Really poor performance that, we are so much better than what we showed there.
No real idea of how to break Chelsea down, thought they were comfortable throughout.
Not good.
#LUFC
Robert Sanchez down apparently injured. Leeds United fans outraged. They've been building. Believe it is a tactical time-out, time-wasting, gamesmanship. Arguing between players, who are all taking on water tbf. Sanchez fine to continue. It's a miracle. #CHELEE
@Meatbaggv1@theadelites@barryomahony_9 Did you not read my previous post? We all want Farke to do well but he only plays attacking football when under stress to get a result or a free hit. If he sets up like he did against Manu then that’s what I want not the defensive line up with Gruev
@mipsical@theadelites@barryomahony_9 When was the last time we won at Old Trafford? When did we get this far in the FA Cup, and if we stay up 100%, I'd back him; who’s to say what we can achieve! I don’t see the point in asking a man to keep us up and then snatch everything away. He's done.
Spare a thought for this man.
Some people are still writing him off. In the space of 8 days he’s taken #LUFC to a first FA Cup semifinal in 39 years. And beat Leeds’ most hated rival away for the first time in 45 years.
And just look at what it means. Daniel Farke take a bow.
@Meatbaggv1@theadelites@barryomahony_9 Yes maybe the goal was to keep us up but to progress do you think Farke has it in him to do this or are we going to be hovering around the bottom again looking over our shoulder. I for one can’t stand the thought of this or the stress
@mipsical@theadelites@barryomahony_9 But if he keeps us up, and let’s be honest, this was the only goal for Leeds United this season, everything he’s done — no matter what we think as fans — is justified.
@MikeBac76068342@theadelites@barryomahony_9 He has played well in other games early on Liverpool for example then been dropped. As long as he is involved going forwards great but all these rumours about him wanting out due to lack of games hasn’t filled the fans with much confidence in how Farke has handled him
@mipsical@theadelites@barryomahony_9 Maybe I'm being too positive, but it looks like Farke has handled Tanaka brilliantly. Keep him involved over the mid-season slog, help him adjust to the higher level, then release him to play freely in the closing games of the season. He looked fully refreshed yesterday.
