I got hired from my post on X. Few days ago, I started a 30 day series on Building Communities That Last Then I got a DM from a hiring lead who had been following the series. They mentioned that the posts had been insightful.

Day 10/30 Until I Get Hired Dealing With Inactive Members. Every community has them, members who joined with excitement but slowly went silent. Inactivity doesn’t always mean lack of interest. sometimes people just lose their place in the conversation.
