@mireillebobbert @_buildspace I sometimes do stop (rarely) when either 1. I notice how I've been overdoing something (e.g., 100th cookie when wkly avg is 3. Not that I ever track, but number helps a lot because it gamifies my effort) or 2. I see new stats that are concerning (e.g., research on health).
