I’m incredibly grateful for the support of our community. Together, we raised more than $117,000 for the End Youth Homelessness in Ottawa by 2030 Fund. Thank you to everyone who contributed, cheered on, and joined me across the finish line this morning, including our youth. It was an incredible moment. Je suis extrêmement reconnaissant du soutien de notre communauté. Ensemble, nous avons récolté plus de 117 000 dollars pour le fonds « Mettre fin à l’itinérance chez les jeunes à Ottawa d’ici 2030 ». Merci à tous ceux qui ont contribué, m’ont encouragé et m’ont accompagné jusqu’à la ligne d’arrivée ce matin, y compris nos jeunes. Ce fut un moment incroyable.

This weekend, I'll be participating once again in the @OttawaRaceWknd marathon. But this time it will be a little different. I'm running to support our mission to end youth homelessness in Ottawa. I've raised more than $100,000 so far toward this goal. To draw attention to the isolation and uncertainty faced by homeless youth, I'll be starting my run in the middle of the night, when the streets are dark and lonely. Let's keep working together to end youth homelessness in Ottawa. ocf-fco.ca/run-to-end-you… Ce week-end, je participerai une fois de plus au Marathon d’Ottawa. Mais cette fois-ci, ce sera un peu différent. Je cours pour soutenir notre mission visant à mettre fin à l’itinérance chez les jeunes à Ottawa. J’ai déjà amassé plus de 100 000 $ à ce jour pour cet objectif. Afin de sensibiliser la population à l’isolement et à l’incertitude vécus par les jeunes en situation d’itinérance, je commencerai ma course au milieu de la nuit, lorsque les rues sont sombres et désertes. Continuons à travailler ensemble pour mettre fin à l’itinérance chez les jeunes à Ottawa.
