Betul tu, kalau nak guna logik “buat benda tak bermoral di luar kerja = patut hilang kerja”, maka ramai lagi yang kena lucut jawatan dulu sebelum orang lain. Isap rokok? Minum arak terang-terangan? Kunjungi kelab malam setiap minggu? Buat content mabuk dalam IG story? Semua tu pun perbuatan yg jelas bertentangan dengan nilai moral agama dan budaya kita. Tapi adakah mereka hilang kerja? Tak pun. Sebab akhirnya, majikan akan kembali kepada asas: Adakah ia menjejaskan tugas? melanggar undang²? atau merosakkan integriti jabatan? Kalau semua benda di luar waktu kerja dijadikan alasan lucut jawatan, mmg separuh pejabat kosong esok. Jadi kalau nk “adil”, biarlah adil pada semua, bukan pada satu golongan saja.

“only designated police officers wear body cams of the raid for later use as evidence in Court” All officers in raid should wear body cams to capture police abuse during raid. The key factor is to immediately investigate any leaks of the raid video either from body cams or other devices, with high penalties imposed. That nothing was done in the spa video leak other than a pithy dismissal of privacy concerns by the KDN is appalling.

My legal take on police raid of the alleged LGBGTQI spa: I think the SOP should be improved so that only designated police officers wear body cams of the raid for later use as evidence in Court. The spreading of any semi clothed (or even clothed) video of a raid is unacceptable. The doxxing of persons present during the raid led to real life consequences for them. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, so must preserve human dignity. Remember Zamaera the rapper? The Selangor govt ended up apologising to her. Had she pursued a civil suit, she would have probably won monetary compensation as well.
