@mirriamp Absolutely. In 2021 I’ve said this and I hope the NPA will be consistent in this. Brian Molefe and other former Transnet executives were also charged for the same thing.

Public procurement is a brilliant tool for transformation. It’s a pity that NT regulations and the PFMA are abused by many officials for personal gains. Our government must work hard in fighting corruption. I would love to see a better cooperation between the AG, SIU & the NPA.

The PFMA used for the SAPS Gen! The Chapter 8 of MFMA which mirrors PFMA Sec 38. If applied a lot of Municipality Managers should be awaiting for their Summons . Check the AG reports on Municipalities!
