how many men a commandant chooses to carry is his discretion unless a senior official has ordered otherwise

1.lets not advocate for a military style takeover no matter what 2.great work by the commandant and officers for their man 3.the formation of the men is for escort not cordon 4.even if 5-6 officers came with 3 men each the crowd will look big 5.may the jawan get justice soon

कुछ दिवस पूर्व एक आईटीबीपी जवान द्वारा अस्पताल पर उपचार में लापरवाही का आरोप लगाते हुए प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत किया गया था, जिसमें उनकी माताजी का हाथ काटे जाने की बात कही गई थी। चूंकि प्रकरण मेडिकल नेग्लिजेंस से संबंधित था, अतः माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के निर्देशों के अनुपालन में मामले को जांच हेतु मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी (सीएमओ) महोदय को प्रेषित किया गया था। सीएमओ महोदय द्वारा नियमानुसार चिकित्सकों की समिति गठित कर प्रकरण के सभी पहलुओं की जांच कराई गई। जांच रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने के उपरांत प्रार्थी पुनः अपने वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ उपस्थित हुआ तथा रिपोर्ट के कुछ बिंदुओं पर आपत्ति व्यक्त की। दोनों पक्षों से वार्ता उपरांत आपत्तियों से संबंधित प्रार्थना पत्र पुनः परीक्षण हेतु सीएमओ कार्यालय को भेज दिया गया है। चूंकि मामला पूर्णतः मेडिकल नेग्लिजेंस एवं उपचार प्रक्रिया से संबंधित है, इसलिए उपचार, डायग्नोसिस एवं चिकित्सकीय प्रक्रिया से जुड़े सभी बिंदुओं का परीक्षण चिकित्सकीय विशेषज्ञों द्वारा किया जाना आवश्यक है। जांच उपरांत जो भी तथ्य प्रकाश में आएंगे, उन्हीं के आधार पर अग्रिम विधिक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। बाइट-अपर पुलिस आयुक्त कानून एवं व्यवस्था डॉ0 विपिन ताडा। @Uppolice @UPGovt
