@bsnl_care This is exactly the concern. On one hand, I am being informed that the issue is “actively being worked on” and will be resolved soon. But when checking the complaint status through the provided tracking link, the docket status is already showing as “Closed”.

• “under active resolution”
and
• “closed” at the same time? If the complaint has genuinely been closed, then:
• What exact resolution was provided?
• What technical action was taken?
• When was the issue verified?

After escalation through customer care, I was finally told that I may approach any nearby Honda dealer for assistance. As a customer, I should not have to run between HSRP vendors, closed dealerships, and customer care just to obtain a mandatory registration plate. (3/4)

Customer care promised complaint updates via SMS — nothing received. No response. No accountability. Complaint magically closed. Meanwhile other telecom operators work perfectly fine in the same area. This is exactly why people are leaving BSNL. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH
