IPFP is not solution of unemployment. We must raise our voices against lop wholes in HEC policy and can damand for fair heiring policies for universities.

@Saira_Bhatti07 @OfPhds We qualified this test followed by successful completion of training and consequently placed in university for one year. And now going to unemployed after completion of one year IPFP period. Who's responsible??? PhD doctor (means "I")? Host University? HEC? or Govt.?

بلآخر انتظار کی گھڑیاں ختم ہوئیں اور ایچ ای سی نے پی ایچ ڈیز سے20جون کو لیے جانے والے ٹیسٹ کا نتیجہ جاری کر دیا۔ اس ٹیسٹ میں پچاس فیصد لینے والوں کو ٹرینگ دی جائے گی اور ایک سال کیلئے جاب دی جائے گی۔ ایک سال کے بعد ان کو نکال کے بغیر ٹیسٹ ٹرینگ بندے کو مستقل ہائر کر لیا جائے گا۔

اس سوال کا کوئی بھی خاطر خواہ جواب نہیں دے سکتا۔ کیوں کہ اس ملک میں
پا لیسی بنا تو دی جاتی ہے۔ لیکن اس کے بعد کا کوئی لائہہ عمل تیار نہیں کیا جاتا۔ #savePhDs

It is requested to HEC officials please induct all IPFP fellows either they are passed or failed and give decisions regarding permanent jobs to all beautiful minds as they deserve for it.khudara #savePhDs

The policy influences everything for good or bad. Rather than examining PhDs in B.Ed curriculum according to Banuri's vision, the entire lot of new PhDs should be trained in pedagogy after getting their highest degrees in research to have trained teachers at least
