When I don’t have answers, I go to the forest. I walk so long I forget the questions and all that is left is my feet on the path. The journey to the top was hard. I had to let go of all the invisible weight I was carrying.

I go to the boxing gym every Saturday because sometimes the biggest battle is within ourselves. Self-love can be a fight. Or a victory. My new book Square Hearts takes on self-love and turns the romance category on its head. When the woman also falls back in love with herself.

On Tuesdays I work in an office. Today I got to bring my dog. Not sure if my writing has improved with her here but my attitude has.
