In the 999 call played in court, Digwa's brother said: "We just been attacked by someone racially. “We just got attacked racially by some white person.” He added: “Physically attacked my brother we're Sikhs, we wear turbans, and he attacked my brother." A video was shown to the jury of Mr Nowak scrambling over a fence to escape Digwa after the prosecution alleges he was stabbed. Jurors have now been shown two more videos taken in the aftermath of this. In the video Digwa and his brother accuse Mr Nowak of racially and verbally attacking Digwa. Mr Nowak can be heard denying these claims. Digwa was heard saying: "No one stabbed you bro you’re... up. You’re drunk." A second video played to the court, Digwa's father can be heard saying: "He’s pretending, a minute ago he was talking to you guys. "Now he’s trying to get up and going to leave." Throughout the second video Mr Nowak can be seen lying on the floor as Digwa's family and neighbours tell him to sit up.

AND out of hours services are incredibly busy so once again his results obviously warranted a house visit, and once again with your assumptions like I said go research the out of hours services! The original post was to tear down the NHS & the staff

@miss_steele89 @Bewickwren @Matthew_G_Watts @NHS When my doctors call with no reply they send a text! I must have missed the bit where the poster said he immediately got dressed , flagged down a taxi and went to hospital as an emergency 🙄

I'm not entirely sure that sending out an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to my home at 1.30am to discuss the results of a routine blood test is the best use of the @NHS budget. It's also incredibly insensitive and intrusive.

He also didn’t say if he had any missed calls on his phone!it is unscheduled care after certain times which meant they felt it was serious enough to do an out of hours visit, it is not hard to understand

@miss_steele89 @Bewickwren @Matthew_G_Watts @NHS If it’s an ANP they could be deployed better. If it’s an ACP they should attend at a decent hour. For gods sake my neighbour was in her bathroom with a broken leg for 4 hours waiting for help then I’m supposed to cheerlead a random blood test delivery service at 1.30am!

So patients can’t be made stable at home? Don’t receive medications that can help? Really go do some research on the NHS out of hours teams.

The poster says nothing about a follow up with an emergency ambulance visit to hospital so it was what it was- blood test results. The timing is unacceptable!

@loriblue6 @Bewickwren @Matthew_G_Watts @NHS blood test results can result in emergencies, routine blood test but the results of that were obviously off enough to warrant a visit! You should be thankful for the NHS! And maybe you need to research what an advanced nurse practitioner is THEY ARE NURSES!

@miss_steele89 @Bewickwren @Matthew_G_Watts @NHS It was blood test results you numpty and it wasn’t a nurse. It was one of the overused NVQ physicians delivering blood test results that could be delivered post 9am!
