since Hollywood often do their promotion as far as a year or so early and they dominate most of the film promotions being presented to audiences year round. you hear of news of Filipino films being pulled out just after 1 screening block or a day at most due to "bad performance".

I think the running theory is that, Wednesday became a convention due to mid-week showing are often for test audiences to see which of those which are showing at the same time garner word of mouth or early buzz.Often filipino titles are always set at a disadvantage in this system

Pedro Paramo is not a challenging read. it is a disturbing one it literally gave me nightmares for three nights now. 10/10 would recommend, especially to that one person who likes speaking line markers in their fiction oh girl you're in for a treat.
