Doing some planning for autumn 1 and it’s starting to hit me that I’m going from being in a huge team in a four form entry school, to being on my own in a half form entry 😰😰😰 imposter syndrome is setting in, I’m panicking

Controversial take but it makes me sad seeing fathers day cards which are so heavily scaffolded they look like the adults have done it. Child led for the win, even if they make no sense!!

So pleased to say I’ve accepted a job in the most gorgeous little school!! I’m moving from a four form entry infant school to a half form entry primary school and I’m SO excited for the new challenge. Currently only 11 children on roll for reception so a huge change for me!!
