We had a VERY special guest at our Sports Celebration Assembly today ⭐️ Tom Carswell joined us to share with us his experience competing at the Commonwealth Games in 2022 and answered all of our fantastic questions about elite sport 🏊

Yesterday we continued celebrating our Sports Week @BrunstanePS as we had a tennis coach from @JoppaTennis in taking some session with a few of our classes 🎾 thank you so much for visiting and teaching us some new skills!

What a great start to the week in P5! We’re loving the activities of sports week! Here’s some pictures of our fun during tennis. In literacy we’ve been focusing on poetry and have started to reflect on this year and have a think about the year ahead! Amazing work 🎾✏️🫶🏼✨

P5 worked hard in maths today gathering data and creating surveys. This afternoon as part of our topic we made some black and white photos of the lovely @NewhailesNTS come to life! The kids loved the results! 🎨✨
