@missypoid @kqttyrei bmr and tdee are very different! bmr will always be lower because it only accounts for calories you will burn without moving at all, tdee includes a multiplier based on your activity level which adds like at least 200 cal

is 1.2k cals a lot for a day like that’s my tdee
