@chernobelskiy The correct response is “show me the ones you need help closing”. Nothing wrong with broker getting a deal. I love brokers who know how to spot a deal from a buyers perspective, and I especially love it when they call me and want to invest!

Mixed-use urban development coming to downtown Edmond! We’ve got a boutique office park, and ~25 residential townhouses and live/work units. Still have a ways to go before breaking ground, but we’re excited!
